2. Client-Side AI Architecture & Processing Model

Removely operates on an innovative in-browser client-side execution model powered by WebGPU, WebAssembly (WASM), and the ONNX Runtime engine. Unlike traditional image processing platforms that upload your files to remote cloud data centers, Removely executes computer vision models directly within your local web browser's memory sandbox.

Because all segmentation computations occur locally on your device hardware, we never receive, inspect, store, or transmit your original photographs, intermediate masks, or processed cutouts. You retain sole responsibility for maintaining your own device backups of your creative assets.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

• User Image Ownership: You retain 100% full legal ownership, copyrights, trademark privileges, and intellectual property rights in and to all images you process using the Service. Removely asserts no copyright, license, or proprietary claim whatsoever over your output images.
• Platform Rights: The code, design system, user interface, brand assets, logos, domain, algorithms, guides, and textual documentation comprising removely.in are the exclusive proprietary property of removely.in and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

4. Permissible & Prohibited Uses

The Service is provided free of charge for lawful personal, commercial, and educational activities. You agree not to use the Service:

• To process, generate, or alter content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, fraudulent, or invasive of another person's privacy or publicity rights.
• To infringe upon any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
• To attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract proprietary model weights or application logic through automated scraping or denial-of-service exploits.
• To impersonate any individual or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

To sustain free access to our web-based tools without charging user subscriptions or processing fees, Removely displays non-intrusive third-party advertisements served through Google AdSense. Third-party advertising vendors may use cookies or web beacons to display contextually relevant ads based on prior visits.

The Service may also feature links to external third-party websites or services for informational purposes. We do not endorse, supervise, or assume legal liability for the content, privacy practices, or operational accuracy of any third-party websites.
